Building plan approval in Gurgaon

Before construction can start on a plot in Gurugram, its building plan has to be sanctioned. Arch Vision prepares and submits those plans.

An empanelled architect with HSVP

Atul Kumar Agarwal is on HSVP's list of empanelled architects and has been registered with the Council of Architecture since 1993 (reg. no. CA/93/16595). He prepares building plans for HSVP (formerly HUDA) plots and submits them for approval.

02

Drawings that follow the building rules

Plans are drawn to the building rules that apply to the plot: setbacks, ground coverage, floor area ratio, height and parking among them. Designing within those rules from the first sketch means the house you approve is one that can be sanctioned.

03

Approval as part of the whole design

Approval drawings are part of the same job as the design itself, so nothing is redrawn by someone else and the plan that is sanctioned is the one you build.
